Bio:
Sarah Ganley recently joined Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals as the Associate Director of Clinical Standards & Processes, bringing over a decade of clinical research experience with a strong emphasis on TMF, process documentation governance, and continuous improvement. As the leader of the clinical standards & processes function within clinical operations, Sarah leads the management of TMF, acts as the business owner of the Veeva eTMF & other clinical systems such as Study Training Vault, as well as driving clinical operational excellence and process change management.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience from Northeastern University. Additionally, she has a certificate in Leadership from Harvard Business School, and has attended each of the inaugural CDISC certificate courses for Fundamentals of the TMF Reference Model and The Critical Role of Data Managers, Biostatisticians, and Programmers in Achieving TMF Excellence.
