Biotech, Pharma, Investors, and Clinical Sites: You must be actively employed at biotech and pharma companies, or clinical trial sites, or VCs, banks, and investors in biotech and pharma that are actively pursuing or responsible for the development and commercialization of FDA-approved therapeutics and treatments. 

Outsourcing Partners, Law Firm, PR and Advertising Agency: This pass is for professionals employed at Contract Research Organizations (CROs), Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs), and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), law firms, public relations and adverting agencies, independent consultancy, associations, patient organizations without business development, sales and marketing titles would be eligible.

Professionals who work at the following organizations that are actively pursuing or responsible for the development and commercialization of FDA-approved therapeutics and treatments. If you have a sales or business development title or job function, please do not select this pass option.

• Clinical trial sites
• Investors: VCs, banks

You qualify for a complimentary pass if you work at a Biotech, Pharma, Investor, or Clinical Sites organization. These groups are directly involved in drug research, development, investment, or clinical testing.

A company qualifies if it meets any of the following:

Biotech & Pharma Drug Developers

• Companies developing drugs, biologics, cell/gene therapies, RNA therapies, or vaccines

• Organizations with a published drug pipeline

• Companies with investigational or approved therapies

• Therapeutics must be their own intellectual property

Life Science Investors

• Venture capital, private equity, or investment firms that invest in biotech or pharma

Internal R&D Platforms

• Platform or technology companies that use their platform internally to develop their own therapeutics

Professionals who work at clinical trial sites — including hospitals, research centers, SMOs, and academic institutions — and are directly involved in the management or execution of clinical research are eligible for the Primary rate. This includes roles such as principal investigators, study coordinators, site directors, and clinical trial managers.

• Site networks (e.g., IACT Health, Velocity Clinical)
• Dedicated research sites (standalone or network-affiliated)
• Academic medical centers
• Hospitals/clinics involved in research
• Site management organizations (SMOs)
• Principal Investigators and Coordinators

Professionals from Contract Research Organizations (CROs), Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs), and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) may qualify for a non-vendor pass only if their role is not sales- or business-development-related.

Eligible applicants work in roles that support pharma and biotech partners across areas including, but not limited to:

• Clinical trial management and execution

• Drug development strategy and program delivery

• Data management, analytics, and clinical technologies

• Regulatory support, submissions, and compliance

• Patient recruitment, retention, and engagement

• Decentralized or hybrid trial models

• Manufacturing, process development, and supply chain

• Sponsor partnerships focused on service delivery and performance

• Innovative technologies supporting research or manufacturing execution

You do NOT qualify if your role includes:

• Sales or business development

• Account management or client growth

• Prospecting, pitching, or lead generation

• Commercial partnerships or sponsorship sales

Eligibility is determined by job title, job function, and company affiliation. Fierce reserves the right to review, reclassify, or cancel registrations that do not meet these criteria.
