Important Information & Deadlines
- Headshots and Bio - Please email your high quality JPEG or PNG and 200 word bio to your producer as soon as possible after confirming your participation so we can add your information to the agenda.
- Speaker Presentations - Due by May 5, 2026 - Please submit them in your speaker portal under the task File Request.
- Hotel Room Reminder - If you require overnight accommodations, please book your room online.
- Onsite - Please be sure to be in your session's room 30 minutes prior to presenting and check in with the conference producer and/or our AV staff.
