Venkat Ramanan

Bio:

Venkat Ramanan currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Immatics, where he provides strategic and operational financial leadership to support the company’s continued growth and evolution into a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical organization. Prior to joining Immatics, he served as CFO of Anthos Therapeutics through its acquisition by Novartis. Previously, he was CFO of Turnstone Biologics, where he played a key leadership role in the company’s successful IPO. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance and business leadership positions at Seagen, Gilead Sciences, and Amgen, driving strategy and execution to enable significant expansion of the business through product launches, strategic transactions and global expansion.
