Tom Farrand is the CEO and Co-founder of Delfa, a venture-backed startup using AI agents to transform patient recruitment for clinical trials.
Delfa works with leading research sites and sponsors to automate recruitment burden, reduce patient drop-off, and accelerate trial timelines.
Previously, Tom led product and engineering teams at cutting edge AI startups deploying novel AI solutions for leading life science companies such as J&J, Exscientia and Syneos Health.
He has published peer-reviewed research on AI privacy and ethics, and has a Master’s in Biochemical Engineering.
