Bio:

Thong is a Senior Engagement Manager in the R&D Consulting practice at Syneos Health, where he is a leader in AI-enabled trial design and protocol optimization services. Recently, his work has centered on bringing AI-powered insights, medical and therapeutic area expertise, and management consulting structure together to accelerate and improve clinical delivery. Prior to joining Syneos Health, Thong spent 12 years at J&J, where he led strategic initiatives to transform innovation models.
