She has partnered with more than 80 technology and biopharma companies on growth strategy, capital raising and deal flow, helping drive over US$4B in funding, landmark M&A transactions, and the global scale-up of emerging innovators.  A long-term advisor to Novotech, she has supported its evolution from a three-person team into a leading global CRO, with senior leadership crediting her contribution to key milestones in that journey.
