Stephen Boyer, PhD, is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Regulatory Science Insights, a Boston-based advisory firm providing regulatory strategy leadership to biotech and pharmaceutical companies. His career reflects a breadth across company stages, therapeutic modalities, and indications, positioning him as a trusted partner in navigating the complexities of global drug development.
With more than 20+ years of experience, he has held senior roles across start-ups, mid-size firms, and global leaders including Palleon Pharmaceuticals, LogicBio Therapeutics, Boston Pharmaceuticals, Biogen, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Boehringer-Ingelheim, and Bayer. Most recently, he served as Head of Regulatory Strategy at Alkermes, responsible for the portfolio of marketed products and pipeline programs. Stephen has successfully advanced small molecule, biologic, and gene therapy programs to major milestones across several indications, including neurology, psychiatry, oncology, rare disease, immunology, and infectious disease.
