Bio:

Rachel is a Principal within IQVIA's Clinical AI & Technology Innovation team, where she helps pharmaceutical clients apply AI to solve business challenges. With more than two decades of experience in technology and life sciences, Rachel focuses on shaping strategic AI initiatives and advancing next-generation agentic AI solutions. Rachel leads cross-functional teams across the full solution lifecycle, from concept and design through testing, deployment, and adoption. She holds a BSE in bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MS in biomedical engineering from RPI Hartford.
