Pauline Goldsmith-Johnson is a respected Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategist with a proven track record of advancing inclusive workplace cultures within the biotech sector. At Regeneron, she leads enterprise-wide DEI initiatives designed to integrate equity and belonging into every stage of the employee experience—from onboarding and talent development to leadership engagement and organizational accountability.

Grounded in a clinical social work background, Pauline brings a thoughtful, data-informed approach to dismantling systemic barriers and fostering environments where all employees can thrive.
