Bio:
Paige Meade Gonzales, MPH, is an Associate Director of Clinical Trial Analytics at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she drives global feasibility and operational analytics across oncology, neuroscience, and other therapeutic areas. She has led enterprise-level strategies that optimize site and country selection, accelerate trial start-up timelines, and embed data-driven decision-making into clinical development. During the BMS–Celgene merger, she co-led the design and implementation of a new Clinical Trial Analytics operating model, ensuring operational continuity, scalability, and stronger cross-functional alignment.
Paige previously held leadership roles in Health Economics and Outcomes Research at Syneos/BMS and completed an industry fellowship at Novo Nordisk, building deep expertise in study planning, forecasting, and portfolio operations. Her work spans feasibility modeling, enrollment forecasting, and patient diversity initiatives that directly strengthen trial quality, efficiency, and global impact.
Beyond her corporate role, Paige serves on the Executive Board of Trustees for America’s Grow-A-Row and contributes to the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association as part of the Programming Committee. In 2023, she was selected as a BMS Global Ambassador, supporting NGOs in Africa on HIV prevention and cancer care. She is passionate about advancing inclusive, innovative, and evidence-based approaches to clinical research.
