Dr. Jayaraman has played a key role in shaping global biopharmaceutical growth strategies, leading cross-border collaborations and forging international Business Development partnerships collectively valued in the billions of dollars. Her experience spans corporate strategy, drug discovery, pipeline expansion, and clinical asset commercialization. She has contributed to complex licensing transactions, sales & revenue, strategic alliances, and merger and acquisition initiatives that have enabled organizations to expand global market reach and accelerate therapeutic innovation.
Dr.Jayaraman is recognized for her ability to bridge scientific innovation with business strategy, helping biotech and pharmaceutical partners translate complex scientific innovation into actionable development and commercialization pathways for next-generation therapies. She holds a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology and post-doc from UPenn School Of Medicine
