Nandini Kashyap

Bio:

Nandini Kashyap is Conference Director for Fierce Life Sciences where she leads programming across drug development, emerging modalities, and executive strategy. She is also the founder of CenterStage Media, an events and marketing venture focused on helping life sciences organizations build market presence and thought leadership.

A former scientist, Nandini brings a cross-functional perspective spanning R&D, commercialization, and industry trends. She has led over 100 global conferences and executive forums across pharma, biotech, MedTech and dgital health working closely with senior leaders to shape conversations on innovation, portfolio strategy, and the future of drug development.

Previously, she served as Senior Director of Conferences and Social Media Strategy at Cambridge Innovation Institute and Director of Novel Drug Delivery at Biodel Inc.

Beyond conferences, Nandini is a recognized life sciences ambassador and has been featured in campaigns for Novartis, Takeda, Philips, Dana-Farber, Werfen, and Salesforce.

She holds a Master’s in Pharmaceutics from NIPER, a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy from the University of Delhi, and postgraduate certifications from Cornell University and MIT.
