Lee Cooper

Bio:

Lee is Managing Director at Delos Capital, where he is committed to helping advance meaningful new medicines for patients. Before joining Delos, Lee was a life sciences investor with Leaps by Bayer, leading investments and serving on boards for companies such as Recursion Pharmaceuticals and Capstan Therapeutics. Prior to Leaps, Lee founded a rare disease-focused genomic diagnostic company as an entrepreneur-in-residence at RA Capital and worked on licensing, financing, and operational transactions at Moderna Therapeutics. He began his career as a life sciences strategy consultant. Lee is also a Lecturer at Tufts University and at Dartmouth College, teaching and writing regularly on topics related to human-centered innovation. Lee has a BA in Religion from Dartmouth College and an MBA and JD from Columbia University.
