Bio:

As Head of Corporate Affairs at Servier Pharmaceuticals, Kelly Schlemm leads the company’s communications, policy, CSR, and corporate brand strategy. She is responsible for shaping and executing integrated initiatives that elevate Servier’s reputation, support business growth, and advance its long-term vision. Her work spans internal and external communications, corporate positioning, media relations, and sustainability-linked policy efforts—with a consistent focus on impact, clarity, and alignment across stakeholders.

Kelly plays a central role in ensuring that the voice of the patient remains at the heart of Servier’s work. She partners closely with executive leadership to articulate the company's progress, define its future ambitions, and connect the roadmap to those we serve.

An accomplished executive, Kelly brings deep experience across corporate communications, public affairs, investor relations, brand strategy, business development, and crisis management. Prior to joining Servier, she led global R&D communications at Takeda and held senior roles at Shire, Baxalta, Ogilvy, and several high-growth biopharma startups, supporting their evolution from early-stage companies to multibillion-dollar organizations.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Seton Hall University and is an MBA Candidate at Babson.
