With more than a decade of leadership at the intersection of technology, manufacturing, and compliance in the Life Sciences industry, Keith has spearheaded large-scale digital transformations that span ERP (SAP S/4HANA), CRM (Salesforce), ITSM (ServiceNow), OT/MES integration, and validated GxP/quality systems.
