Bio:
John Lacey is a senior communications leader with deep experience in biopharma, healthcare, and innovation-driven organizations, including corporate and pipeline communications, public affairs, investor relations, and thought leadership.
He currently serves as Lead, R&D Corporate and Science Communications at Takeda, where he oversees science communications across multiple therapeutic areas and leads business development communications.
Over the course of his career, John has held senior communications roles at BioLineRx, SQZ Biotechnologies, Johnson & Johnson, Polaris Partners, Genzyme and Harvard Medical School, supporting corporate and organizational reputation, science, pipeline, product and financial communications, internal engagement, and brand strategy.
He holds an MBA from Boston College, an MS in Journalism from Boston University, and a BA from Bates College.
