Bio:

Jessica Kirshner, Ph.D., is Vice-President, Oncology and Immuno-Oncology at Regeneron. She has over 20 years of experience in drug development from early target identification through to investigational new drug (IND) preparation and clinical trial/launch. Dr. Kirshner leads a team of scientists developing immunotherapies for various tumor indications. During her 18+year tenure at Regeneron, she has led multiple tumor-targeting CD3 T-cell engager programs from early discovery to late-stage clinical trials, including molecules targeting lymphomas and multiple myeloma and therapies directed towards ovarian and prostate cancer. Dr. Kirshner earned her BA in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Wesleyan University and her Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences at University of California, San Francisco, followed by a post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School. She has authored numerous publications and is an inventor on many filed and issued US and international patents. Dr. Kirshner volunteers with international organizations supporting women’s’ health and enjoys mentoring young scientists.
