Bio:

Jasmine Thangaraj is a TMF Manager at Moderna with over seven years of experience in clinical trial documentation, inspection readiness, and regulatory compliance. She leads the TMF for high-risk, high-priority studies, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness. Her areas of expertise includes Process Development and improvement, Stakeholder and Vendor collaboration, Periodic Quality Reviews and TMF governance. Jasmine leads initiatives aimed at refining TMF workflows and enhancing cross-functional collaboration and is actively involved in streamlining internal review and documentation practices.

Prior to joining Moderna, Jasmine held roles at Quintiles, AstraZeneca, and Alexion, bringing a breadth of experience from both sponsor and CRO environments. She has played a key role in TMF Index projects, TMF Metrics & Analytics, TMF Migrations, Vendor and Quality Review process improvements. She holds a Master of Science in Biology and a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D), grounding her operational leadership in strong scientific acumen. Known for her strategic thinking and collaborative approach, Jasmine is passionate about building efficient, inspection-ready TMF environments while fostering continuous improvement across teams.
