
Jamie Harrop
Vice President Clinical Operations
Bio:
Jamie Harrop brings over 20 years of clinical research experience, including expertise in clinical trial management and delivering high quality clinical development programs through global registration and approval, regulatory submissions with global health authorities, management of FDA and EMA registrational filings, and GCP compliance and inspections. Her experience spans both academic and industry settings with expertise in oncology, CNS, rare disease and cardiovascular programs.
Jamie is Vice President of Clinical Operations at Beam Therapeutics where she oversees the execution of development programs, clinical vendor partnerships and inspection readiness. Prior to Beam, Jamie was Senior Director, Clinical Operations at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals where she held various clinical operations roles of increasing responsibility over her almost 13-year tenure. In her role, Jamie led early and late-stage development programs, sat on the management board of the UK office, supported global inspections and led the clinical filing team for a rare disease program. Prior to Alnylam, she assisted in the global management of a pivotal oncology program at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Jamie began her career in clinical research running cooperative group, industry and investigator-initiated trials at Tufts Medical Center and Massachusetts General Hospital supporting oncology and rare disease patients.
Jamie received a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University.
