Bio:
Grace oversees and sets the strategy and global direction for business quality management and oversight within BioPharmaceutical Clinical Operations Site Management & Monitoring. With extensive experience leading international teams, she specializes in quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of high-quality, GCP inspection-ready clinical studies. Grace is dedicated to cultivating a strong quality mindset and advancing organizational quality culture.
Before the AstraZeneca re-organization in 2019, Grace was Vice President of Clinical Quality & Compliance at MedImmune, AstraZeneca’s Biologics science unit, where she supported the Clinical Biologics department. Earlier in her career, she spent over 21 years at ICON, leading the Clinical Quality Assurance Department.
An active industry leader, Grace frequently chairs and presents at conferences and contributes to professional forums including the Society for Quality Assurance, the WCG AVOCA Quality Consortium, and Linking Leaders Clinical Quality Roundtable discussions.
