Bio:
Esther brings over 20 years of experience in clinical development and operations. Last year, Esther started consulting for small biotech companies in the Boston area. Before forging that path, she spent 10 years at bluebird where she grew to be the head of clinical development operations, supporting novel gene therapies from first-in-human trials through to BLA and MAA approvals. She holds masters’ degrees in public health and medical sciences from Boston University.
