Chris is a Director in the R&D Consulting practice at Syneos Health, where he is a leader in R&D operating model transformation and organizational change management services. Recently, he has advised clients on optimizing their clinical operating model to accelerate clinical timelines, and has authored a paper on measuring broad-spectrum R&D impact.
