Brian Miglionico brings more than 18 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience, spanning research, regulatory, CMC, business development, strategy, and corporate development. He currently serves as Vice President and Head of Business Development at Agios Pharmaceuticals, leading all buy‑ and sell‑side transactions and strategic initiatives. Previously, Brian spent six years at Alexion/AstraZeneca Rare Disease as Head of Transactions, Strategy, and Search & Evaluation. He has also held senior roles at Finch Therapeutics in corporate development and at Acceleron Pharma across BD, development, and scientific functions, completing over 20 buy and sell side transactions across small, mid‑cap, and large pharma.
