Becky Dion

Bio:

Becky Dion is a collaborative leader in clinical operations and documentation, currently guiding the Enterprise Reference Model at Novartis. With over a decade of experience in TMF operations, she focuses on building practical frameworks that help teams manage essential documents and metadata more effectively—supporting consistency, audit readiness, and better coordination across systems.

At Novartis, Becky leads the development and governance of the Enterprise Reference Model. She works closely with business and technology teams to align document standards, simplify processes, and support continuous improvement in TMF health and document management.

Before joining Novartis, Becky spent ten years at Syneos Health in a variety of leadership roles. She led global TMF teams, managed client portfolios, and played a key role in system transitions. Her work focused on improving how trial documentation was organized and maintained—developing training, refining processes, and overseeing compliance efforts.
