Bio:
With 25 years in the life sciences industry, Angela has led TMF operations across CROs, global pharmaceutical organizations, and mid-size biotech companies. She is recognized for driving organizational change through the establishment of TMF governance frameworks, process improvements, and comprehensive training programs.
Most recently, Angela served as Director of TMF Operations at Prothena Biosciences, where she built a TMF Operations team, developing governance, processes and training. She also implemented a new iteration of Veeva eTMF and served as system and business owner. Angela is committed to fostering a “right first time” culture by aligning TMF strategy with execution, as well as strong stakeholder collaboration, to ensure compliance, efficiency, and long-term organizational succes
