Amber Monaghan is a Director at IPM, where she partners with large, global biopharma organizations to accelerate the development, approval, and commercialization of innovative therapies. Based in Chicago, Amber works across highly regulated environments supporting complex transformation initiatives spanning R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
Amber has extensive experience working with top‑tier biopharma companies on programs designed to reduce time‑to‑market and accelerate revenue realization. Her work includes supporting technology transfer initiatives, enabling simultaneous FDA approvals, and helping organizations address operational and organizational challenges associated with rapid scale‑up. She has also led and contributed to initiatives focused on manufacturing readiness, supply chain resilience, R&D execution, and data and technology transformation across the product lifecycle.
