Bio:
Alan Ginsberg is Head of New Therapeutic Areas Business Development at EMD Serono. He was most recently VP of Corporate Development at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals. Prior to that, he headed neuroscience business development as well as business development for the internal medicine franchise at Shire Pharmaceuticals prior to its acquisition by Takeda. He also had roles in corporate development and commercial strategy at Biogen, and he spent over seven years at L.E.K. Consulting to begin his career. Alan earned his Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and his BA in biochemical sciences from Harvard University.
